You can export Subscription, Customer, and Transaction data from Maxio as CSV files to support financial reporting, audits, and business analysis. Exports can be initiated through the user interface or via API, and filters can be applied to tailor the results to your specific needs.
The following table summarizes the main export types available in Maxio and what each file contains.
| Export Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Subscriptions | Details per subscriber including plan, state, dates, and MRR. |
| Customers | Contact and billing details for each customer. |
| Transactions | Payment, refund, and credit transactions with full metadata. |
Tip: To include components in your Subscription exports, enable the Components option in your CSV Export settings. From Advanced Billing, go to Config > Settings and scroll to CSV Exports.
