Billing and Invoicing
Bulk Export of Original Invoice PDFs
Bulk invoice exports now include the original PDFs instead of regenerated versions.

- Ensures accuracy and compliance during audits and financial reporting by avoiding discrepancies caused by regenerated documents.

From Maxio Core, open the Invoice List > Select the Invoices > Export the Invoices PDFs.
Bulk Memo Editing on Invoices
To add a memo to multiple invoices for different customers, you can simply select the invoices from the Invoice List and click the Bulk Edit Action.
- Why it matters:
- Streamlines administrative processes when adding notes, reducing manual edits or reliance on import tools
- Where to find it:
- From Maxio Core, open the Invoice List > Select the Invoices > Bulk Edit > Edit Memo and update.
Direct Link to Consolidated Invoices for Faster Reconciliation
For consolidated invoice users, each segmented (original) invoice now automatically includes a clickable hyperlink to its consolidated invoice. This makes it easy to trace individual charges and helps streamline reconciliation.
- Why it matters:
- Finance teams reviewing invoices from specific locations often need to validate them against a consolidated invoice. Previously, this required manual searching — a time-consuming process that introduced the potential for errors.
- Where to find it:
- Look for the Consolidated Invoice link in the Invoice details page. You can also access this link from the Invoice List and Invoice Line Item views.
Customer Management & Self-Service
Tax Filters in Customer List
The Customer List View filter now includes key tax-related fields, making it easier for you to monitor compliance and segmentation. New columns have been added for Business Type, Tax ID Status, Validation Date, and tax-related details. Simply search the filters for the word "tax" to see the updated fields.

- From Maxio Core, open the Customer List > Edit the Column selector and filters as needed.
Bulk Enable and Invite to Billing Portal
You can now enable and invite your customers to the Maxio Billing Portal in bulk directly from the Customer List view.
- Why it matters:
- Reduces time to onboard customers and simplifies access management.
- Where to find it:
- From Maxio Core, open the Customer List > Select the Customers > Bulk Edit > Enable and Invite to Billing Portal.
Maxio Payments
Gross and Fee Columns in Deposit List
Deposit records now show gross and fee amounts alongside the net amount.
- Why it matters:
- Provides a more detailed financial snapshot, aiding reconciliation.
- Where to find it:
- From Maxio Payments > Deposits.
KPIs for Net ACH Rejects & Chargebacks
These KPIs now appear on the Deposit View page.
- Why it matters:
- Offers a complete financial overview and highlights potential risks.

New Filters on Transaction List Page
Filter transactions by rejection reason and toggle all currency options.

Auto-Deletion of Fraudulent CC Payment Profiles
Payment profiles are automatically deleted when a credit card fails due to fraud

- Prevents re-attempts on known fraudulent cards and prompts customers to provide new details.

- Triggered automatically upon fraud response from Adyen.
Single Email, Multi-Merchant Login
You can now log into different merchant accounts using one email address.
- Why it matters:
- Simplifies access for users managing multiple businesses in Maxio Payments.
- Where to find it:
- Login page for Maxio Payments > Use existing email > Switch Merchant from the top navigation bar.
Plaid Micro-deposit Integration
Users can verify bank accounts using a 3-digit micro-deposit code.
- Why it matters:
- Supports banks that are not in the Plaid network while maintaining verification rigor.

- From Maxio Core > eInvoicing > Bank Account Verification.
Subscription Creation & Management
On/Off Components Default to On
On/Off components now default to “On” when added to a subscription.
- Why it matters:
- Eliminates an extra step in setup, especially for commonly used components.
- Where to find it:
- In Create Subscription > Plan Configuration > Add On/Off Component to Subscription.
Subscription Plan Retention on Edits
Updating customer or payment info no longer resets the selected plan.
- Why it matters:
- Prevents loss of configuration during edits and reduces friction in subscription creation.

- Creating a Subscription from Advanced Billing.
Order Date Configuration
Set a custom Order Date separate from the Subscription Creation Date.
- Why it matters:
- Enables insightful Committed Momentum reporting within the Advanced Subscription Momentum report.

Subscription Creation Settings Page
Centralized page for all Subscription-related settings.
- Why it matters:
- Simplifies subscription creation by bringing all configuration settings into one place.

See a summary of your Subscription details before finalizing.
- Why it matters:
- Prevents errors by providing a complete overview before submission.
- Where to find it:
- This appears automatically in the right margin of the Subscription Creation form as you configure the Subscription.
Subscription Backdating
Subscriptions can be backdated to start prior to today.
- Why it matters:
- Aligns better with contract timelines and sales records.
- Where to find it:
- Subscription Creation > Term Settings.
Editing the Term Date
Enter custom Term Start and End Dates.
- Why it matters:
- Allows better alignment with contracts and varied billing cycles.
- Where to find it:
- Custom Subscription and Billing Schedule section.
Transactions for Coupons in Term Subscriptions
Coupon-related Transactions for Term Subscriptions are now automatically generated when the invoice is issued.

Platform and Integration Enhancements
Aligned Autopay Details Between Maxio Core and Advanced Billing
Default payment profiles and autopay filters are now aligned between Maxio Core and Advanced Billing.

- Reduces confusion and ensures consistent behavior across Maxio Platform.

Dunning Steps + Payment Retry
Introduces payment retry as an available action in Cadences.

PO numbers now visible on invoice PDFs and previews.
- Why it matters:
