When setting up a new subscription in Maxio, the Subscription Preview provides a real-time summary of the upcoming charges. It includes key details related to the Customer and payment method, Subscription items, and the term length. This preview helps ensure all biling information is accurate before activating the Subscription.
Subscription Preview
Click the Preview Billing Schedule link to open a summary of the next six billing periods. Each entry displays the billing date, the associated product (in this example, Bronze Plan), and the amount due ($5.00).
From this billing schedule preview, click Preview Invoice to drill-down into each billing period to view a Proforma Invoice for more detailed information.
By displaying estimated billing totals and itemized invoice details—including products, components, coupons, and taxes—this preview helps verify billing accuracy before activation.
