Adding Synced Fields to HubSpot Deal Views

The HubSpot Advanced Billing integration allows you to sync Subscription data from Maxio into HubSpot, including key fields like Subscription Status. Why Add This Column?

If your HubSpot integration is configured to surface Subscription Status, adding a Subscription Status column can provide visibility into subscription states directly on the deal list view. This may help:

  • Display subscription states such as active, trialing, paused, canceled, or other statuses (for example, past_due, unpaid, trial_ended, on_hold).
  • Reduce manual clicks by surfacing key billing data directly on the deal list view.
  • Improve alignment between Sales and RevOps teams by making billing status easy to track in the pipeline.

Steps to Add a Synced Field

Follow these steps to add the Advanced Billing Subscription Status column to your deal index page:

  1. In HubSpot, navigate to Deals under the Sales drop-down menu.
  2. On the deal index page, click the Edit Columns button in the top-right corner.
  3. In the Search columns field, type Advanced Billing Subscription Status.
  4. Select this column to add it to your deal view.
  5. Click Save.

Once added, if your integration exposes subscription status data, this column will display the Subscription state for each Subscription connected to Advanced Billing.
