Connect Maxio to Rillet by generating a Rillet API key and using it to authenticate the integration. Completing the connection is required before configuring Rillet sync settings.
Confirm that you have the following before starting:
Important: Maxio Support must enable the Rillet integration for your account before you can connect. If the Connect option isn't available on the Rillet integration page, contact Maxio Support to have Rillet enabled first.
We recommend connecting to a Rillet sandbox environment for initial testing before enabling live sync.
You'll need this key when connecting your Maxio account. If you're testing in a sandbox, generate this key from your Rillet sandbox organization instead.
(Optional) If you're connecting to a Rillet sandbox, enable the sandbox setting before you connect:
Then connect your account:
Once connected, Maxio automatically sets up default field mappings for the Rillet sync steps.
A subsidiary is required before the integration can sync.

You are now connected. Next, configure the sync between Maxio and Rillet.
