Once a data export is complete in Maxio, you can quickly access, re-download, or delete export files directly from the application. This article covers how to manage your data exports, locate them via the Downloads page, and understand typical delivery times for exported financial reports or subscription data.
Where to Find Your Export Files
Exported files can be found by going to the Downloads page of the Maxio application. This page lists your most recent exports by type, date, and user.
You simply click your account name in the upper right-hand corner, and select Downloads.
Each export entry includes a download link and the option to delete it from the list. Only the user who initiated the export will see their files.
Download Time Expectations
Most exports are ready within a few minutes. Larger reports or those with more filters may take longer to generate.
Including more export fields in your settings may increase the time it takes to generate and deliver your file.
If an export is not available after 30 minutes, contact Maxio Support for assistance.
Re-downloading and Deleting Files
Export files are available from the Downloads page for a limited time. Be sure to download your file
while it's still listed. Click the download icon to retrieve a copy or use the trash icon to remove expired or unneeded files.
If your export fails to generate or appears empty, check that the source table contained data
and that any filters you applied were correct. For ongoing issues, contact Maxio Support.
