Once a data export is complete in Maxio, you can quickly access, re-download, or delete export files directly from the application.
Click your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the application and select Downloads. On sites using the newer Products catalog terminology, this same page is labeled Exports instead.
This page lists each export by name (which identifies the export type and when it was created), whether you've downloaded it, and its processing status. Only the user who initiated the export sees it in this list.
Once an export finishes processing, its row shows Download and Remove links so you can retrieve or delete the file.
Most exports are ready within a few minutes. Larger reports or those with more filters may take longer to generate.
Including more export fields in your settings may increase the time it takes to generate and deliver your file.
If an export is not available after 30 minutes, contact Maxio Support for assistance.
Export files are available from the Downloads (or Exports) page for a limited time. Be sure to download your file while it's still listed. Click Download to retrieve a copy or Remove to delete expired or unneeded files.
If your export fails to generate or appears empty, check that the source table contained data and that any filters you applied were correct. For ongoing issues, contact Maxio Support.
