Set Emails

From the main Retries & Dunning page, you can change the email address that your dunning emails are sent from. You can also add a BCC email address to your dunning emails.

Under Dunning Email Settings, you can configure:

• Send Dunning Emails From
  • Supports email@example.com and is limited to 256 characters.
• BCC Email Addresses
  • Add comma-separated emails. BCC is only sent on steps where Send BCC is enabled.
