When the QuickBooks onboarding wizard creates non-recurring Transactions automatically, Maxio flags each one as needing verification rather than assuming the data is correct. This workflow helps you find, review, and correct those system-generated Transactions for a Customer, so they don't throw off billing, revenue schedules, or other onboarding tasks.
This article is related to Maxio Platform's Transactions object and associated functionality. The Transaction is a specific type of financial record that represents a Contract element in Maxio Platform.
If an Item is set to Create Transactions and isn't recurring, saving your changes on the Configure Items step of the QuickBooks onboarding wizard (Wizards → QuickBooks Setup → Configure Items) creates any missing non-recurring Transactions for that Item and flags each one as needing verification.
Editing a Transaction's Item, Start Date, End Date, Duration, or Amount on the bulk verification screen automatically checks both Regenerate Revenue and Verified for that row.
