Troubleshoot entitlements when subscription access, feature values, or entitlement records do not appear as expected. Use these checks to confirm entitlement setup, resolve missing or outdated values, and verify that subscriptions return the correct active entitlements.
| Symptom | Check |
|---|---|
| Entitlements tab not visible | Confirm entitlements is enabled for your site. Contact Support if needed. |
| A subscription shows no entitlements | Verify that the Plan or Product and price point have feature catalog items configured. |
| Entitlement values are out of date | Changes to catalog values are not retroactive. Use Propagate to existing subscriptions to update. |
| A Product feature is not appearing | Confirm the Product is allocated (quantity > 0) on the subscription. |
| Can’t change a feature’s kind | The kind is locked once the feature is attached to a Plan or Product. Create a new feature instead. |
| API returns an empty entitlements list | Confirm the subscription is active or trialing. Cancelled subscriptions return no active entitlements. |
