Read the Site Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page for a site, summarizing its payments, subscribers, and recent activity at a glance.
What the summary cards show
The top of the Dashboard shows four cards:
- Net Payments: The successful payments your Advanced Billing site has a record of, minus successful refunds. The large figure is the All time total, and the card's footer shows the Today total.
- Subscribers: The number of Subscriptions in a live state: trialing, assessing, active, past due, soft failure, or awaiting signup. Although the card's footer reads Active, the count includes every live state, so it can differ from the paid subscriber count shown elsewhere. The footer also shows Signups today, the number of Subscriptions created today.
- Pending Renewals: The number of Subscriptions in the soft failure state, where a renewal payment hit a temporary failure, such as a gateway timeout.
- Expired Cards: The number of live Subscriptions whose payment method is a credit card that has expired.
When Pending Renewals or Expired Cards is above zero, the card shows a status dot and a Review link that opens the Subscriptions list filtered to those Subscriptions.
What the other widgets show
Below the summary cards, the Dashboard includes the following widgets:
| Metric | What it shows |

| Monthly Net Payments and Subscribers | This graph shows the total number of active, past due, and trial subscribers for your site within the given month alongside the total net payments for the given month.  |
| Daily Subscribers Added/Lost | This graph shows subscriber growth/loss on a daily basis over a period of time. |
| Recent Activity | Lists out all of the changes that have recently occurred in the Site. |
| Webhook Status | Provides a count for various periods (hour, day, week) to show the number of accepted (successful) webhook deliveries out of the total webhook payloads sent. |
| Signup Performance | Per active (not archived) product breakdown of the subscriptions that signed up both this month, and last month. |
| Product Performance | Per active (not archived) product breakdown of revenue generated from subscriptions. Revenue here follows the same definition as elsewhere, successful payments minus successful refunds. On sites using productless subscriptions, this widget is titled Plan Performance instead. |
