Switching Organizations from Maxio Core

Maxio Core allows users who belong to multiple organizations to return to the Org Picker and access instances associated with a different organization. This is done through the instance switcher in the application header.

Accessing the Org Picker

1. While logged into Maxio Core, open the instance switcher in the application header.

2. Select View all instances.

3. Click View all organizations.

Selecting View all organizations returns you to the Org Picker screen in Maxio. From there, you can choose another organization. After selecting an organization, you’ll be prompted to select an available instance for that organization.

Availability and limitations

The View all organizations option is not always visible. Its availability depends on your account configuration and permissions:

• The instance switcher (and the View all organizations option) only appears when your current organization has more than one accessible instance.

• In some environments, additional permission checks may apply when instance filtering is enabled.

• This option is available to non-admin users when the instance switcher is visible and access conditions are met.
