Connect Chase Paymentech (Orbital) to Advanced Billing to process credit card transactions. Advanced Billing supports both the Salem and Tampa versions of Orbital.
Important: Chase Paymentech (Orbital) isn't available in the standard gateway picker by default. Contact Maxio to request access for your site.
Chase issues a specific connection username and password that differs from the credentials used to log in to Chase Paymentech directly. This credential set doesn't exist by default. Contact the Chase Paymentech helpdesk to have it generated.
If you receive the error "Failed with 412 Precondition Failed," this usually means you haven't yet requested your connection username and password from Chase Paymentech's helpdesk.
If your merchant account isn't approved, you may see an error message such as Profile: Merchant-Bin [xxxxxxxxxxxx]:[000002] is not active, where xxxxxxxxxxxx is your merchant number. Contact gatewaysupport@chasepaymentech.com if this happens. Advanced Billing is currently certified to issue usernames and passwords to the merchant.
For complete currency and merchant location support information, see the payment gateway overview page.
