The Statistics tab of Email Insights summarizes every email your site has sent, broken down by mailer (the kind of message, such as a receipt or a dunning notice) and by delivery status. Use it to spot a volume spike or a deliverability regression before it's been diluted into a month of data. Viewing statistics requires the Setup permission.
Go to Tools > Email Insights and open the Statistics tab.
Email Insights also has an Archives tab for looking up individual emails and a Setup Info tab covering your sending domain. See Review Email Archives for the Archives tab.
Four pills above the tables — 1h, 24h, 7d, and 30d — switch both tables to that window at once. The selected pill is highlighted, and each card's header names the window, for example Last 24 hours, since 08/12/2026 05:07AM. Windows of a day or less show a time along with the date, since the date alone would understate how recent the window is; the 7 day and 30 day windows show only a date.
The timeframe you choose is saved in the page's URL, so you can bookmark or share a link to a specific window (for example, a link that always opens to the last hour). If you edit the URL to a timeframe the page doesn't support, it falls back to the 30 day window rather than showing an error.
Switching timeframes doesn't change which mailers or statuses appear in the tables — that list is always drawn from the full 30 day window, so a mailer with no activity in a shorter window still shows a row with a count of 0 instead of disappearing. This keeps each row in the same position no matter which window you're looking at.
The Total Email Statistics card lists every mailer that has sent at least one email in the last 30 days, with the count for the selected window. A TOTAL row at the bottom adds up every mailer for that window.
Click a mailer's name to open Email Archives filtered to that mailer and to the dates the selected window covers.
The Deliverability Statistics card breaks down every email by its delivery status (such as Delivered, Bounced, or Dropped) for the selected window, with each status's share of the window's total and its raw count. Percentages are calculated against the selected window's own total, so the same status can show a different percentage in the 1 hour table than it does in the 30 day table. If the window has no emails at all, the percentage reads 0.0% rather than an error.
Click a status to open Email Archives filtered to that status and to the dates the selected window covers. Hover over a status name for a short explanation of what it means; see Email statuses in Review Email Archives for the full list.
Each row's link to Email Archives filters by full calendar days, so it's possible for the linked archive to include up to one extra partial day at the start of a short window — for example, a 1h link taken shortly after midnight reaches back to include all of the previous day. The link always covers at least the emails counted in the row it came from; it can occasionally show a few more.
