Elavon VirtualMerchant Gateway Setup Guide

Connect Elavon VirtualMerchant to Advanced Billing to process credit card transactions. Elavon also markets this gateway as Fusebox, its hosted payment gateway branding.

Important: Elavon VirtualMerchant isn't available in the standard gateway picker by default. Contact Maxio to request access for your site.

Merchant ID, PIN, and user ID

Advanced Billing requires your Merchant ID, PIN, and User ID to communicate with your Elavon VirtualMerchant account. Contact Elavon for more information.

Requirements

Tokenization must be enabled for card storage. Contact Elavon to enable this feature. Tokenization is a paid add-on through Elavon, and takes up to 72 hours to fully propagate once enabled.

Currencies and merchant location

Advanced Billing doesn't currently support multi-currency with this gateway. To use it with a site that has more than one currency, use a separate account for each currency.
