Adjust how Statements are generated, emailed, and displayed for Customers on sites running Advanced Billing's legacy statement architecture, including email delivery rules, PDF attachments, logo and memo content, and whether recurring product charges show a billing-period date range. You can find these settings by going to Config > Settings > Statements in Advanced Billing.
This pane only appears for statement-based sites. If your site uses Relationship Invoicing instead, see Control What Appears in Invoice Line Items for the equivalent settings.
Use Statement Title to replace the word "Statement" wherever it appears on Statements, if your business refers to them by another name.
Choose whether Advanced Billing sends Statement emails to Customers, sent at signup and at each renewal.
When statement emails are enabled, choose whether to attach a PDF copy of the Statement to the email.
Choose whether $0 line items appear on Statements, Invoices, and the Billing Portal. When $0 line items are hidden, you can still enable Show $0 line items with non-zero quantity so a line isn't hidden just because its amount is zero while its quantity is not.
Enable Include logo on statements to show the logo you uploaded on the Public Signup Page Default Settings page.
Enable Hide Product Date Range (labeled Hide Plan Date Range on sites that allow productless Subscriptions) to remove the billing-period text that otherwise appears next to a recurring product or plan charge — for example, "Pro Plan (6/1/2026 - 6/30/2026)" becomes just "Pro Plan". This setting is off by default.
The setting affects only the recurring product or plan charge line on newly generated Statements, legacy Invoices, and renewal previews (including the Statement Renewal Preview screen and its API equivalents). Usage-based and Component charges are never affected, and Statements or Invoices generated before you enable the setting keep their original text — nothing is rewritten retroactively.
This is the statement-based equivalent of Hide Plan Date Range on the Invoices settings page. A site uses one settings surface or the other, depending on whether it runs the legacy statement architecture or Relationship Invoicing, never both.
Use Statement Memo to add a note that appears on the Statement itself, visible to Customers. Advanced Billing supports a number of parameters you can use to customize the memo; these are replaced with their actual values when the Statement is created, and the resulting text is saved with that Statement. See Email Templates for the available parameters.
Business Name appears on Statements and Invoices, and in the Customer emails Advanced Billing sends on your behalf. If left blank, your Organization name is used instead. Edit it from the Edit Site Details page.
The reply email address for Customer-facing emails is also configured from Edit Site Details, not from this pane.
To view a Customer's existing Statements, see View Statements (Legacy).
If your site uses Relationship Invoicing, see Manage Invoices Settings for the equivalent Invoices settings page.
