Issue Invoices to the Billing Portal

Use the Issue to Billing Portal cadence step to automatically publish Invoices to the Billing Portal in Advanced Billing. This feature helps accounts receivable teams streamline Invoice visibility, reduce manual collections work, and give Customers self-service access to open balances without sending Invoice emails.

Use this action when:

• You want the Billing Portal to be the primary channel for open Invoice visibility.
• You want to automate Invoice visibility as part of your accounts receivable cadence.
• You are running bulk Invoice actions during collection cycles.

Prerequisites:

• You have access to the Cadence editor.
• The cadence template already includes Invoice-based timing rules, for example, “X days before due date.”
