Resolve common Branding Theme errors when updates fail or logo uploads are rejected. Learn how to fix missing required fields, file format issues, and upload validation errors to successfully save your theme.
Error messages shown in the app often help identify what needs to be corrected. Review the message first, then use the sections below to resolve the issue.
Missing required fields prevent the theme from updating successfully. Verify that all required values are entered before saving again.
Then click Update Theme again.
Logo files must meet the supported size and format requirements. Unsupported file types are rejected by the system. In some cases, uploads may also fail due to file validation checks.
Error messages help identify what needs to be fixed before retrying the upload. In some cases, uploads may fail due to additional validation checks, such as file content or format issues.
If a logo appears incorrect or the upload fails, try removing and uploading the file again. Save the theme after re-uploading the image.
