The main difference between a Term and an Evergreen Subscription is that a Term Subscription has an expiration date and an Evergreen Subscription doesn't, so it can be canceled at any time. Beyond that, both types share most creation and update options in common. See Understand Term Subscriptions for the full concept.
These options are available while creating a new Subscription, regardless of type.
Both Subscription types support the same billing-date options at creation.
