Churn Reason Codes in Maxio allow you to track the specific reasons why a Subscription was canceled. This feature improves churn analysis, enhances customer feedback tracking, and supports better reporting. These codes can be displayed in the application, shown in the Billing Portal, or added via the API during the cancellation process.
You can create, edit, sort, and delete these codes in your site settings or configuration panel. Sorting the codes adjusts the order in which they are displayed in the application.
These codes appear when initiating a cancellation on a Subscription from the Subscription summary. They also display on the cancellation screen of the Billing Portal if that setting is enabled in your Billing Portal settings.
