Understand Public Page Default Settings

Public Page Default Settings control the defaults applied across your whole library of hosted pages: Public Signup Pages, receipt pages, and Self-Service Pages. Setting them here saves configuring each page individually, and gives new pages a sensible starting point.

These defaults are distinct from an individual Public Signup Page's own settings, which override them for that one page.

Go to Config > Settings > Public Page Default Settings. Changing them requires the Setup permission.
