Update Payment and Remittance

Payment and remittance settings let you customize the payment instructions and remittance details displayed on your invoices. These configurations help customers understand where and how to pay, improving clarity and reducing payment delays.

The steps below explain how to update the bank information that is included in your e-Bill:

  1. Go to Config > Settings > Invoices.

  2. Scroll down to the Invoice Customization section. There you will find the ability to customize the "Invoice Memo" and "Payment Instructions" sections for your invoices.
