Maxio Metrics is a simplified version of the Maxio Platform, built for teams that need reporting and a NetSuite integration without the full platform's feature set.
Maxio Metrics simplifies the Maxio Platform's interface to include only the data needed for an analytics-only solution, removing features like Invoicing, AR Management, and Revenue so users can focus on managing and analyzing Customers, Transactions, and reports.
Maxio Metrics includes a smaller set of features, reports, and integrations than Maxio Platform.

A Maxio Metrics account connects to NetSuite the same way a Maxio Platform account does. For setup steps, see Setup the NetSuite Integration.
Maxio automatically enables the Get Transactions sync step for Maxio Metrics accounts, which pulls NetSuite Sales Orders into Maxio as Transactions.
Important: Set the start and end date on the Sales Order within NetSuite before it syncs. Without this, the Sales Order doesn't sync properly into Maxio.
You can wait for the automatic sync, if enabled in your integration settings, or press Sync Now on the NetSuite integration page to sync manually.
