Schedule a report to run automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When the report runs, Maxio emails the selected recipients and processes the selected export option.
Report scheduling must be enabled for your account. If you don't see the Schedule option, contact your account administrator or Maxio support.
Review the following before scheduling a report:
Configure when the report runs and how Maxio processes the report output.
Frequency options
| Frequency | Configuration |
|---|---|
| Daily | Runs once each day at a selected time. Times are available in 15-minute increments. |
| Weekly | Runs on one or more selected days of the week at a selected time. |
| Monthly | Runs according to either of the following options:
|
The available export options depend on the type of report you schedule.
| Report type | Available export options |
|---|---|
| Most reports | CSV, Google Sheets, or None |
| Reports built on Maxio's newer report engine (for example, List Builder, AR Aging, and Advanced Revenue Summary) | CSV, Google Sheets, Excel, OneDrive, or None |
Select None to run the report and receive an email notification without generating an exported file.
Set up a schedule from any existing report.

To change an existing schedule, open the report or its actions menu and select Schedule. The Update Report Schedule dialog opens with the current configuration.
