View or Download an Invoice PDF

The View PDF and Download PDF actions let you access a customer-ready Invoice PDF from Advanced Billing, formerly Chargify. Use View PDF to open the Invoice in a new browser tab, or Download PDF to save a copy locally for sharing or record-keeping.

Before You Start

• The Invoice must be issued, not a draft. Draft Invoices do not include PDF actions.
• You must have permission to view Invoices for the site.

View an Invoice PDF

1. Open the Invoice you want to share.
2. Select More Options.
3. Click View PDF.
4. The Invoice PDF opens in a new browser tab.

Download an Invoice PDF

1. Open the Invoice you want to save.
2. Select More Options.
3. Click Download PDF.
4. The PDF is saved to your browser’s default download location.

Troubleshooting

• I do not see View PDF or Download PDF. Confirm the Invoice is issued, not a draft. Draft Invoices do not include PDF actions.
• The PDF does not open. Ensure your browser allows pop-ups from your Advanced Billing domain, and then try again.
