The Maxio Core API allows developers to securely integrate Maxio with external systems for automation, reporting, and data synchronization. Typical uses are pushing contract or customer records in from another system, pulling finance data out for a warehouse or BI tool, and keeping the two sides aligned without manual export.
The full, up-to-date API documentation is located inside Maxio Core. Go to Admin > Settings > API Documentation. The documentation opens in a new browser tab.
The documentation is served from inside the application rather than published separately, so what you see there matches the version your account is actually running. That is why there is no external URL to link to here.
API access is an add-on enabled per account, not a property of the server you are on. Check the Add-ons directory in Maxio Core to see whether API is enabled for your account. If it is not, contact Support to have it turned on.
If you reach Admin > Settings and find no API Documentation link, that is the symptom of an account without the API add-on rather than a missing page. The link is shown only to admin users on accounts where the add-on is enabled.
