Every Maxio account has a unique namespace, which helps the system know which company or environment you’re working in. If you ever need to contact Maxio Support or connect Maxio with another tool, knowing your namespace ensures that everyone lands in the right place.
A namespace is a short, unique label for your Maxio account. It’s part of the web address (URL) you see when you’re signed in.
Example:
https://app.saasoptics.com/acme/dashboard/In this example:
app.saasoptics.com is the Maxio site you log into.acme is your namespace (sometimes called your account slug).Your namespace appears in every page and API request for your account. It’s how Maxio keeps your company’s data separate from everyone else’s.
Maxio runs in several environments and regional data centers. The domain name (the part before your namespace) tells you which environment you’re using.
Here are some common examples.
